Officers

All members of the Horsham Democratic Committee volunteer their time to help their friends and neighbors learn more about issues and candidates so that they can make informed decisions on Election Day. The HDC officers are:

Paul B. Gallagher, Chair

Paul is a translator with business clients all over the U.S. and a few in Germany and Russia. He has been a committeeperson since 2004, ran for the Horsham Council in 2005 and 2007, and currently chairs the IT Committee for the Montgomery County Democratic Committee. Paul has been a Horsham homeowner since 1997, and served as condo board president for 12 years.

Pat Costello, Vice Chair

Pat has served on State Democratic Committee since 2008. He is a committee person representing Horsham. He’s the owner/partner in a commercial construction and roofing company. Pat also holds a real estate license with Re/Max Realty Services. He is a former member of the Philadelphia Building trades and has strong ties to labor unions. His activities include serving as president of the Jack Costello Boxing Club and he is a member of the AOH div 39.

Bill Gallagher, Treasurer

Bill is a teacher at Girard College High School in Philadelphia. He’s lived in Horsham for the past 26 years. He’s run as a candidate for both Horsham Council and the Hatboro-Horsham School Board. He has been treasurer for the HDC for the past several years.
