We will hold a combined Committee Meeting and Phone Bank on May 8th. The meeting will be held at the Yuong Sang Presbyterian Church on Witmer Road beginning at 7PM.
We will make sure we are organized for the Primary Election on May 15th, and make calls in support of our candidates. Maria Collett will be in attendance.
Why phone bank for a primary? Even though our local legislative candidates are running unopposed in the primary, it's important to start connecting with Democratic voters now.

We have to build name recognition and start to energize our voters so that they vote in the fall. The more times we contact a voter, the more likely the voter is to vote. In order to do our part to Turn PA Blue, we need to start making those contacts now!

A good turnout for the primary will send a positive message to Democrats that we can win in the fall.

Donors want to support candidates with the best chances of winning. Strong voter support in the primary helps with fund raising, especially from groups that support progressive candidates.
