Amanda JacobusAmanda is a proud alumna of Hatboro-Horsham (Class of 1998). She has been married to her husband, Rob, for nearly 20 years, with whom she shares two children, Hope & Henry. She is the Head Charge Nurse of the NICU at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery Amanda intends to keep the best intention of our students in mind while acting as a conduit for the concerns of both parents and teachers. Her goal is to preserve and improve the quality of our school system. |

Bill GallagherBill Gallagher is currently a member of Horsham Township Council and is running for re-election in 2021. A thirty-five year resident of Horsham, Bill and his wife Peggy have two children who attended school in the Hatboro-Horsham School District. He taught at Girard College High School in Philadelphia for over forty-four years. As a member of Horsham Township Council, bringing people, organizations and resources together to improve the quality of life for all residents will always be his major focus. |

Veronica Hill-MilbourneVeronica Hill-Milbourne is a healthcare executive and community advocate, and a graduate of Villanova University's College of Nursing, St. Joseph's University and Temple University Beasley School of Law. She has been a resident of Horsham Township since 2003. She currently serves as the first African American woman elected to Horsham Township Council in 2017. Veronica is passionate about increasing transparency in government, fiscal responsibility and equality for all constituents within Horsham. She sincerely cares about Horsham and works tirelessly to make our township a great place to live for all. |

Charles HornerCharles “Chip” Horner is currently a teacher/educator of 35 years where 25 have been spent working for the Radnor Township School District. A lifelong resident of Montgomery County and a thirty-three year resident of Horsham, Chip and his wife Holly have two grown children both educators who attended school in the Hatboro-Horsham School District from Kindergarten thru grade 12. He is a graduate of both West Chester University and Chestnut Hill College with degrees and certifications in Business Administration, Health and Physical Education and Technology in Education. He believes that maintaining a quality of community and life can be achieved by bringing people, organizations, and resources together in a positive working relationship through common sense government.
